Faux finishes are "fake" finishes to give the illusion of expensive building materials or techniques.  Michele's Murals is able to incorporate various finishes into its mural work or have a particular technique stand alone.  Various colored marbles, stone, exotic woods, graining & leather are all possible.  Aging of painted finishes & wallpapers or an applied verdigris finish, as well as aged plaster, brick work & stone blocking are also available.  Color washing techniques include ragging, sponging, bagging, and dragging which creates a linen-like finish.  We ensure our finishes are non-toxic & durable.  You will be pleased to see how economical many of these techniques are and how quickly they warm and charm your home.
